How do I apply for graduation?

• Undergraduate students must submit a completed Undergraduate Graduation Application when they enroll in their final course(s). 
• Graduate students must submit a Graduate Graduation Application when they enroll in their final course(s). 
• If you are completing a Graduate Certificate, please submit the Graduate Certificate Completion Notification form.

When are diplomas issued?
Students who have begun their final session of coursework for program completion must submit a Graduation Application to their location to request that a diploma be ordered. Diplomas can be picked up or mailed after all graduation requirements have been met and all financial obligations to the University have been fulfilled.

Is there a fee for graduation?
There is no charge for graduation. All graduating students who want to attend the commencement ceremony will need to purchase graduation regalia (cap and gown).
