Information Technology Help Desk
The IT Help Desk provides first-level technical support to all faculty, staff, and students of DeVry University. We should be your first point of contact for problems in the following areas:
- Computer Problems
- Printer Problems
- Software Problems
- Network Problems
- Phone Issues
Note: All homework and academic related issues and questions can be inquired at the Instructional Support Services (Tutoring) on the second floor of the TEC building.
We're here to provide you with the help you need. If you're having problems, please stop by the Chicago Campus Help Desk, located in the main Computer Lab, TEC Building room 120 (back of the lab). You can also call us at: 773-697-2411 or dial extension 1132411 if you are on campus.
The labs and the help desk are open Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. On Saturday we are open from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. On Sunday we are closed.

Each of our labs at DeVry University are equipped with the software you need to get the job done. If you are having issues with some of the software in the labs, please do not hesitate to let us know. If you need help using some of the software at DeVry such as a Microsoft Office program you are free to check our Software Guides link. There you can download a basic guide on how to use a program.
