Information Technology Help Desk

The Help Desk provides technical support to all colleagues and students within the Chicago Metro.

If you're having problems, please stop by the Campus Help Desk located in Campbell 165 or you can call us at 773-697-2411 (113-2411) or press #4 from any classroom phone.

The Help Desk is open Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. On Saturday we are open from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Each of our labs at DeVry University are equipped with the software you need to get the job done. If you are having issues with some of the software in the labs, please do not hesitate to let us know. If you need help using some of the software at DeVry such as a Microsoft Office program you are free to check our Software Guides link. There you can download a basic guide on how to use a program.
