Student Housing Information
DeVry University Chicago Campus launched our University Sponsored Housing Program in January 2011. We are pleased to be working with Tailor Lofts to provide our students with an affordable, convenient, and all-inclusive housing option.
Students who would like to live in student housing must be enrolled full-time DeVry University, Keller Graduate School of Management, or Chamberlain College of Nursing students who are attending classes at the Chicago Campus, Downtown Center, or O'Hare Center. Online (Kinect) students are not eligible for housing at this time.
Tailor Lofts is located at 315 S Peoria Street in Chicago's West Loop neighborhood. Tailor Lofts is accessible to our campuses and centers via CTA Blue Line or buses. Tailor Lofts provides a variety of apartment options to students.
Housing applications are due no later than three weeks before the start of a term. After returning the housing application, a $25 application fee will be assessed to the student's account. All housing is assigned on a first come, first served basis and is based upon availability of beds. Students must pass a background check to be eligible to live at Tailor Lofts. Looking for other options?
Some students may be interested in apartments in other locations in the city, or be looking to live with their family or friends who are not students. If you are looking for an apartment, and Tailor Lofts is not an option for you, you may be interested in trying one of the apartment finding services in Chicago. These services are free for renters. They work by asking you for your preferences in housing and take you to visit apartments that fit within your criteria and price range.
